Unable to get clean reload OL 2002
Thanks for quick reply Francine,
Using POP account, and have reentered the settings to confirm, additionally
can successfully get the mail in Express with same settings.
Additional charge?? Don't...

Unable to get clean reload OL 2002
Unable to connect to mail servers in O/L 2002, but can connect in O /L
Express. ISP is FIOS- Verizon. OS=WinXP
Removed and reloaded Office XP but same problems persist, after shutdown....

Only way I know to try another .pst file is to rename the one now being used
so that O/L is forced look for the file.
Is there another method?

dup Outlook Today folders

Have multiple outlook today folders with identical data
sub folders and contents all Identical.
How can I clean up this situation??
