I did the whole process twice again, this time going into properties. It was
never disabled. It just doesn't work.

PRO11.MSI

When I double-click an Excel attachment to an Outlook email, a window pops up
and it cannot find PRO11.MSI, then error 1706, then Excel won't open. I have

I had to replace my hard drive. I reinstalled Office 2003. I need to move
