View the Folder List (bottom left corner of Outlook).
Drag it from the Deleted Items Folder back onto the Folder List

Your problem is that by using the Category Field, you can drag a customer
into two Categories.And that's not what you want.

Make a new Field. eg Order Size.
Group by that field and drag from one...

I think you'll need to contact the FileSite support people as "Link to" is
something they add to Outlook.

In Outlook we would use Insert as Hyperlink to add a link to a document into
an Outlook...

Outlook does not have a choice in Rules to say "if from MEMBERS of this DL"
It says if "from the DL".

You'll need to use the people's individual details to make the rule.
