I have been using outlook 2002 for many months, . all of a sudden now I get
message that says "sending and receiving reported error (0x800cccod) unable
to find e-mail server. please verify server...

I had this problem also...took me forever to find the problem. but I
finally went to verizon central

log into the sight
click on "email and more",...
