Got the mail icon and made it through the install till it got to connect and

RPC over HTTP in OL 2007 on Vista 64bit Home Edition

How do I set up RPC over HTTP. It will not let me select exchange server
while OL is running and there is no mail icon in the control panel classic
view to do it from there. What am I missing?

Is there a guide for installing RPC over HTTP. Won't let me do it while
Outlook is running and there is no mail icon in the control panel in classic
view to do it from there. What is the trick?
