it appears in my deleted messages box as unread and the appt shows on my

Reminders keep appearing but not turned on

I schedule meetings for other people using Outlook 2007. My default calendar
reminder is turned off and so is theirs. One person keeps getting meeting
reminders. Why and how do I stop this?
