That didn't work either the only fix was to reload Outlook and start over.

I appreciate everyones help on this though.

Outlook 2007

I have tried Tools, Options, Other, Advanced - and have Make Outlook the
default program for E-mail, Contacts, and Calendar.

This doesn't fix it.

I will try.
I open Outlook which opens to the Inbox (which is my inbox)
When I click on the calendar icon on the Navigation Pane, this opens by
bosses Calendar and not mine.
The drop down icons...
