That was it! The hotmail was listed as the default. As soon as I changed it
to the ISP account, that one moved to the top of the list. I should have
thought of that but didn't this time.

Ah so that's how they're listed. I feel pretty dumb now. The listing for the
ISP account is Personal Folders and so I changed it to my ISP name which is
lower alphabetically than my hotmail account...

Apparently our definitions of minor and major do not agree. Defend Microsoft
as you like (I know I have many times when justified), I doubt you would have
any users who have been caught by this...

Unfortunately, that documentation is not well known enough to be available to
most Outlook 2007 users. MS hasn't done a good job of informing users in my
opinion of a bug that is serious in nature....
