I get the the Email Accounts wizard when I select Tools Email Accounts, not
Data Files. The two choices there are Email or Directory, each having two
radio buttons.

The is no Account Settings Data Files under Tools in Outlook 2003. I

I corrected my initial 'To' button issue by using Tools?OptionsMail
SetupE_mail Accounts, selecting Directory, View or change existing
directories or address books, and removing the address...

There is only one there, and yet I see two 'Personal Folders' under 'All Mail
Folders'.

I'm tempted to export everything I have in Outlook and start over. Any
