How do I send a distribution list by email?
Have you ensured neither sender or recipient uses email scanning?
The method only works reliably with Exchange Server. Outlook was not really
designed for Internet Mail protocols so its proprietary...

Ah. That would explain it. Outlook will continue to open any PST file in the
profile until you deliberately disconnect it. That's why moving or renaming
a PST file before disconnecting it creates...

You failed to specify your Outlook version. If it is Outlook 2007 or 2010,

Error message re distribution lists
It means the DL has lost its connections to its members. If the DL was
created in the same Folder in which it now resides and if those Contacts
remain in that folder, "Update Now" might repair...
