How to wireless sync WinMobile 6 with Outlook 2007?

Is there a way to sync WM phone with outlook, calendar, notes and tasks? I
don't have an Exchange account, and would prefer not to use google calendar
sync. (Running Vista Home Premium) My laptop...

Trying (unsuccessfully, it seems) to wirelessly sync Outlook '07 calendar,
notes, tasks, etc with WM 6 phone. Do not have exchange server account.
Hotmail works and syncs okay thru outlook...
