Thank you, I now see what you were referring to, however I was not aware of the terminology which made it a bit tricky. We are not all as knowledgeable as yourself, which is why we ask questions.

Thanks for the response. However, what precisely is address book view. I have the Options dialogue up but I cannot see what you are referring to.

System running on G:
OS=Win 7, Outlook 2003, outlook.pst file located at N:\relocated\outlook (this is a data drive)

My difficulty:
From outlook - Mail
Click New Mail Message on...
