I AM NEW OFFICE 2003 USER

Here is the ERROR character recived by OUTLOOK 2003 when "ANDRÃ‰" is entered
in the online form https://secure4.radiant.net/homelink/SubformFr.htm

"I" in place of "Ã‰"...
