No add-ons, just the standard installation of Office 2003 with all the latest
patches. If I change the registry key to go back to the Temporary Internet..
location, over time it will revert back...

What would cause the OLK folder to be redirected to the root of the c: drive?
I've deleted the registry entry and it returns to the default temporary
folder for a period of time. Then it will go...
