Any idea how they were added?

Hi.
I want all the users in my organization to receive a batch file (*.cmd)
and run it.
It should copy files from a shared file server.
The problem: Outlook blocks all CMD files.
Please advice,

Hi.
Config: XP + Outlook 2003.
When viewing a junk mail item, I would like a shortcut (button?) for
RMB -- Junk eMail -- Add sender to blocked senders list.
How can I achieve this?
