How do I use AND in outlook find

I routinely search for emails from or to multiple addresses.
I want to find, for example email, I sent to A AND B, but outlook
search brings back A OR B

I might as well manually search.

Any ideas...

In the folder pane heading I have (filter applied) and the inbox is
displaying only the last week of email only.
