I cannot remove Personal Folders with non existant data file

My problem was that data files (.pst) in my %HOME_DIR%\Local
Settings\Applications Data\Microsoft\Outlook do not compleetely determine
what is in Outlook. There is also the Profile to consider. So...

My Folders List shows 3 Personal folders which I cannot Close or delete.
