out of the office. We have an external ip for mail and an internal ip addr.

That's what I"m doing, I'm wondering if there's a way around having to
download the msgs again when users get back into the office after ebing on
the road for a week or longer. Its pretty annoying...

Its Outlook 2k3....Its pointed to the same pst in the settings but it insists
on downloading msgs it already downloaded in the other profile.....

OK, thought so. I am already doing that, in fact (my existing spreadsheet is
for importing dates into Palm Desktop), but wanted to know if I could
simplify my spreadsheet somewhat by passing a lot...

Import -- using relative dates in a field?

I love the facility in Outlook where you can enter a relative date in
words... like you might enter a date for the Due Date, and then for the Start
Date you can enter "10 days before" and it will...

Can't import/export recurring tasks?

Is it really the case that, when importing from or exporting to an Excel
file, you can't transfer information relating to recurrences? Why? I don't
understand why this important information is...

Problem with outlook sending the same messages when outlook is ope

Hello all,

I am having an issue with outlook sending the same exact messages when I
open outlook. Then it gets stuck on different email messages and then
outlook freezes.

This is a pop account....
