line length settings don't work
Though set at 76 characters per line for a wrap,
the lines appear as long as a third of the set length.
What is wrong?

The icon indicating the message has one or more files attached
appear before every and all messages without the justification
of their apearances. What is wrong with my OE?
What shall I do to correct...
