Russ,
you obviously don't know Outlook 2003. I found the data in the folder list.
Therefore you can remove the file link from the contact screen without
removing the data. It would really help...

Let's start over again. I had an IT person set up "Contact1" ,"Contact2"
and "Contact3" in Outlook. Then I found out I needed to only have the main

After craeting sub files under "Contact" I did delete them all but one which
I used the "remove" key. Now , whenever I sync the file with my phone, it
keeps downloading "contacs2" I cannot find...

OUTLOOK kicks me out when trying to add phone numbers

When working in outlook address book and trying to edit phone numbers it
shuts down and ask for error report. Shuts dow and comes back on

Since signing up for Office Outlook 2003, received emails do not appear. I
can only access them by going to homepage on the website. Can you help?
