Contacts are not listed in address book

When I open my address book, there are only two contacts. When I open my
contact list it lists all my contacts. What do I need to do to get my full
contact list into my address book?

Outlook in and out connection suddenly could not connect

Suddenly Outlook was not able to connect to either the in or out email
server. I tried removing and adding but got same result. Any ideas?

Suddenly I cannot send or recieve messages through POP3. I had not changed
settings. Test mail does not work.

Message say it cannot connect to incoming or outgoing mail server pop3.
