Multiple Profiles, one pst

I have two profiles, simply for the outgoing mail address at my home and
place of work, I am using one pst file but when I switch to the other profile

Uninstalled 2007 reinstalled 2003 opens in safe mode

Running Vista, installed Office 2007 which upgraded my 2003. Didn't like
several outlook changes. Uninstalled 2007 and reinstalled 2003. Now Outlook
on first attempt will not open then 2nd attempt...

found the problem in the filter area. also reset the defaults and now the
mail shows up OK.
I was using internet mail, no corporate stuff.

Can the meeting organizer be changed for recurring meetings?
