Using the contact forms & funtionality of Outlook Business CM in MS Exchange Ser

Is there any way to use the contact forms or functionality of Outlook
Business Contact Manager with Outlook Exchange Server? I need to have the

Error publishing a Form to Organizational Forms Library unable to go to folder

Thanks so much. For now I am just publishing it to the individual contact
folders and it is working fine.
