Outlook 2007 online help does not work

Thanks Jan,

It is 12, not 11 for Outlook 2007. But even so, my registry value is already
set to 2 which is "use office online content whenever available"

So that is not the problem...

Outlook 2007 online help does not work

unfortunately in Outlook 2007 when I try to set connection status to "show
content from Office Online" it switches straight back to offline.
Ive looked at the firewall and can't see it blocking...
