Where does the archive file go when it no longer has a correct path ?

Viewing Detailed Header info

Normally, we just open the mail item, select View, Options and we can see
the Internet header. In this one case when you select View, "Options" is not
a choice. What am I encountering ?...

Viewing Detailed Header info

We're getting a rejected email from a location we are sending to. We want to
view the detailed header info, in the bounced reply, how dow we do that in
Outlook XP ?
