I tried creating a new thread, but it didn't work. I can't find anything in the rules to say what the rules are on posting. If this makes it through, does anyone know what might keep a new thread from being created?

Okay, I tried posting the real thread another time, this time a quick warning box popped up, something about a moderator, but it went by too quickly. I am guessing that some posts must be approved first. Any idea how long this takes?
