Default User installed arabic language pack...help desk cannot reset

One of our users received an e-mail in arabic, and selected "OK" when asked
to install the language pack when she opened the e-mail.

This only affected a few of the folder names in the navigation pane, but our
help desk cannot simply right click and rename the folders, nor can they find
where to reset the language back to English.

Any ideas?

Thanks much.
