Default Can not move Outlook Mail Item to specific existing named Folder

Here is a request/suggestion for an enhancement for Outlook so that the Move
to Folder (token? pulldown? option?) permits Naming the destination folder?

E.g. Move to Folder , click on "BY NAME", which opens a NAME FOLDER box,
then I would type INBOX:MYSTUFF:FOLDERA or similar syntax.

Sure would save me time with my 1,648 folders!
