![]() I have seen this same problem and think I have a solution. Go to Tools/Customize. Then click on the Commands tab. While this tab is up, left click on PlanPlus in the drop down menu and drag it off. You should see the mouse icon change to an arrow with a X on its tail. Release the left mouse button to complete the procedure. Simple as pie. And to think I spent 1 1/2 hours searching every file for the word "PlanPlus" as well as the entire registry. All for naught.
