Default Changing and Adding the Support Information for Outlook Addins

Hi,

I want to add support information for outlook addin so that the support
information apprear as a hyperlink in "Add & Remove Program"(inside control
Panel).

Right now it is showing the hyperlink and on clicking it is showing a dialog
with some default information. I want to change that information. From where
exactly one has to change it ?
