I have been using the Outlook Connector for IBM Lotus Domino for the past few
years with very little problems. Recently, out IT department moved my mail to another Domino server, so I neede to point the Connector to that new location. In order to do that, one must uninstall the Connector, then reinstall. The uninstall/reinstall went well; the Connector went to my ID file and found the new server. But when I open Outlook, I get the following error: "The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists." A quick search on the 'Net brings up several clips from people saying that you can't install the Connector after SP2 has been installed. Well, uninstalling SP2 isn't an option for me. Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct my Outlook Connector? Thanks in advance, TLG |
