Default Oracle Connector for Outlook

Anyone using the Oracle Calendar Connector for Outlook. This software seems
to delete any temporary menus when moving from the Calendar back to Mail, etc.

Should I not be using temporary menus when adding to the Outlook toolbar or
is the Oracle Addin at fault?
