Default Outlook 2003 and McAfee add-in conflict

I received a new computer which came with McAfee preloaded. I don't like
McAfee - so I uninstalled it - or so I thought. I've since loaded Office
2003, and everytime I open Outlook, I get the following 3 Microsoft Outlook
warnings:

The add-in “C:PROGRA~1\McAfee\SPAMKI~1\McMapi.dll” could not be installed or
loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help
Menu.

The add-in c:\progra~1\mcafee.com\vso\vsolplg.dll” could not be installed or
loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help
Menu.

The add-in “C:\PROGRA~1\McAfee\SPAMK~1\mskolplg.dll could not be installed
or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the
Help Menu.

I've tried to run Detect and Repair to no avail. I even uninstalled Office
just to see if that would work, but no good.

I run my email thru a filter program before sending it to Outlook, and the
program is not able to detect Outlook with these errors, and therefore,
cannot run.

Since I uninstalled McAfee, where are these add-ins coming from and how do I
get rid of them once and for all so they aren't hanging around in the
background trying to run?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me, otherwise it looks like it's
already time to trash the hard drive and start all over again - after a week
of just trying to get this new system running!

Did you look at Tools/Options/Other/Advanced Options if the Addin is still
listed under Add-In Manager or COM Add-Ins? What happens if you remove the
tick?
