Hi,
Maybe someone knows how to create a Msg file on the server without installing Outlook there?

You will need to have at least teh MAPI system installed, which mean either
Exchange Server, Exchange Admin, or the standalone version of MAPI need to be installed: See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/171907 for sample Extended MAPI code (C++/Delphi).
