Default Visual Studio Express 2008 with Templates for Outlook?

I have just downloaded Visual Studio 2008 Express with the hope of
experimenting with writing my first Add-in for Outlook 2007.

On a MSDN video, the commentator says it's best to download an Outlook
Add-in template first. I did so but it doesn't appear when I try and create
a new project.

Is there a way to use the template in VS Express?

Can Express (VB.Net) be used to create an Outlook 2007 Add-in?

To my knowledge the Express editions can't create Office COM addins, but I
haven't used any of the Express editions so I'm no expert. You're probably
best off posting this in a forum devoted to Visual Studio where there would
be more expertise in the different editions of VS 2008.
