hello
I've customized appointment form & published it to Calender folder of my exchange account.I've also shared thecalender of another user(say bb).For this shared calender also I published the same form with same message class. Now when I create any item in my calender ,script of that oft run properly. But it doesn't run when I create item in my shared calender folder, just the visual appearance is same but script code doesn't run. What else is expected to be done? Is any permissions to be set for the script to run for shared calender? The script of form is run successfully on another m/c where only user bb's account is set.I'm using Outlook 2003 Sp 3 Thanks |

You need to make setting change on each client. See http://outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=67, the section on Forms in Other Mailboxes.

It's usually considered as a bad practice to publish a form to more than one
folder. If you want a form available in more than one folder you should publish it to either the Personal Forms Library or the Organizational Forms Library. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Professional Programming Outlook 2007 Reminder Manager, Extended Reminders, Attachment Options http://www.slovaktech.com/products.htm "sd" wrote in message ... hello I've customized appointment form & published it to Calender folder of my exchange account.I've also shared thecalender of another user(say bb).For this shared calender also I published the same form with same message class. Now when I create any item in my calender ,script of that oft run properly. But it doesn't run when I create item in my shared calender folder, just the visual appearance is same but script code doesn't run. What else is expected to be done?
