Default Panel.Width not accurate during runtime

All,

I have a panel in my Outlook Add-In window. I need to get the panel.Width
of the panel, but at runtime it returns the designtime Width, not the Width
adjusted for docking, anchoring etc.

Any ideas?

Thank you.
