I'm struggling with the following:
i want to send a customized e-mail body text to each recipient of an e-mail. I know I can split the e-mail into individual e-mails for each recipient, but that way no one can reply-to-all or see who else is copied on the same e-mail. Is there ANY way I can accomplish what I want to do, while maintaining the thread and having just 1 item in the sender's Sent Items folder? Thanks, Michael. |

No. Think about it. If you send one email to multiple recipients they each
receive the same item so the body would be the same. If you split the email into one per recipient then you can have custom bodies in each but you break the threading.
