Printing Outlook Contacts
I am working on a project in Outlook 2003 contacts. The problem is I am not
able to print them with the total notes area showing. The person they are for uses this for his daytimer, the size of the paper is regular standard paper. I have tried everything I can find to change this to print it all. It cuts the note off at a certain point and it needs to have the whole note listed. Any help would be appreciated. -- Claire

Printing Outlook Contacts
First, make sure your regular standard paper shows the dimensions of Width 8.5 and Height 11.00. Sometimes an accidental keyboard hit will cause the dimensions to change. If so, then the regular standard paper, which should show as "Letter", will change to custom.
On another note, make sure all margins are set to .50 or less. You may have the correct papersize but the margins will cut off the printed area.
