Hi,
We're testing a web conferencing service that uses LiveMeeting. I've installed the Conferencing Add-In for Outlook, as per these instructions: http://www.conferencing.bt.com/infoc...ng/outlook.jsp however, I now find that whenever I open Outlook, I get a LiveMeeting logon screen that says "Attempting to log on to the Office Communications server using current user account of the domain". This takes about 20 seconds to connect/logon before it disappears, during which time I can't do anything else with Outlook. This is a little annoying if I just want to open Outlook quickly to get some contact info, or send a quick email. Is there anway way to configure the Outlook Add-in so it only tries to log on to the OCS the first time you click on 'Meet Now' or 'Schedule a Live Meeting'? I don't need it to log on if I'm not going to use LiveMeeting during that session. Many thanks Ben |
