What version of outlook?

That's weird. There is nothing to edit - you just need to remove the ' from
in front of the format you want to use and run it - it sets the file as
field to that format for each contact.

the fileas. This uses Outlook's default fileas types so you don't need
to test for the presence of a company name - if there isn't a company
name it uses Last, First only.
