I have a number of vacation homes...
I recieve email inquiry's on them... I am trying to set up a rule that auto replys to the inquiry... This is where my problem comes in.. I don't want to reply to the inquiry email )generated from my site. I want to reply to the email address from the guest who is interested on my place... When I recieve the inquiry the subject line looks like this VacationRentals.com - Rental Inquiry [Kimberly Brasko] - Property #51865 I know that the [NAME] redirects my respionce to the email that coresponds with the name... What seems to be happending is that the rule replys to the web page the inquiry was generated from ) instead of the [email address] associated it the subject line... How do I reply to the email [Kimberly Brasko] Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this??? Kindly, Kat -- Kat. Submitted using http://www.outlookforums.com |
