Default How to programmatically set "Display reminders and tasks frm pstfolder

As described in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926443 it is possible to
display tasks, reminders, and flagged items in the To-Do Bar if you use
a .pst file in Outlook 2007.

The question is, how to programmatically set this property?

It is a lot more than a property, for one thing, the store must have the
To-Do hidden serach folders.
After restart, Outlook will check the stores in the profile to see which
ones expose To-dos.
