Default appointment font

Is there a way to have different font sizes for appointments and the time bar
on work week view? I am trying to set up Outlook so my inbox, calendar and
tasks are all viewable at the same time. I have my inbox showing on the left
half of the screen, my calendar on the upper right quarter, and my tasks on
the lower right quarter. I changed the calendar font to 10 point so it will
show from 8 AM to 8 PM, but I can't make the font for the appointment squares
smaller than the time font. With 10 point, only a few characters of each
appointment show. Is there a way to make it smaller so more characters show,
but keep the time bar font at 10?

Right click on the calendar and choose settings - there are font settings
there. You can also customize the view and change the font sizes for
individual appointments in the Automatic formatting dialog. If you need help
doing this, we need to know your Outlook version.
