Default calendar & emails give??

I recently had my hard drive crash on me in my lap top but saved my .pst
Outlook file from my old one before putting it on my new one. I run
Windows Vista and Outlook 2007 with BCM.

All of my calendar and emails prior to June of 2009 are gone. I don't
know what happened and my archive folder will not come up no matter what
I check or do(I've followed all protocols to have the Archive folder
appear and archive).

I have GOT TO have those back and wonder if I'm just screwed. It says
when I look that it's saving it all to a archive1.pst but I cannot
locate that file on my computer anywhere.

Someone pleeeeease help!!! And can you give me tips in very laman
terms? I'm not too terribly techy.

Do you have access to the old drive and data on it? If so, you need to find
the archive pst.

On vista and windows 7, the default path for pst file is a hidden folder and
file at c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook - you need to
browse the user account folder on the old drive and find the archive.

(all file paths are listed he

Hello? Does anyone have an answer for this?? I copied the exact .pst
file from my old hard drive to my new one so why are they gone? And if
I could try to recover them from my old hard drive how would I do that?
I would have to take the hard drive to someone to have them look at it
right?
