Default Outlook 2003 and 2007 calendar

Outlook 2003 users can't see private calendar items of Outlook 2007 users,
even though delegate permission is set correctly. I found a hotfix KB949751
that is supposed to fix the issue. But I am getting "the expected version of
the product was not found on the system" when I try to install. Any thought?

Are you installing it on the 2007 machines?

Do you have sp2 installed? AFAIK, its built into sp2.

Yes, we have Outlook 2007 sp2 installed. So what's the fix for Outlook 2003
can't see Outlook 2007 private calendar items problem?
