Default How to email a shared calendar as iCal or other format

A user need the ability to email her bosses calendar to other interested
parties. She can do this for her own calendar but on her bosses shared
calendar the email option is greyed out. The boss only wants the secretary to
have calendar only access. Currently has Editor rights and is using Outlook
2003 with MSES 2003 on Windows 2003.
