Have a situation where a calendar meeting will be deleted, when a "Send
Update" is sent to an attendee? Originally it was sent to 2 attendees, one of them rejected. The 2nd person accepted, then a change in time of the meeting was updated and sent to the accepted person, next thing the calendar entry is deleted from the person initiating the meeting. There are no rules set, nor does the attendees have permission to the chairperson's calendar. Am using Outlook 2003 with SP2. Ideas anyone? |

When you removed the original person from the address list, this is taken as
a cancellation. Are you sure this happened to the organizer and not the removed person? -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. After furious head scratching, D asked: | Have a situation where a calendar meeting will be deleted, when a | "Send Update" is sent to an attendee? | Originally it was sent to 2 attendees, one of them rejected. | The 2nd person accepted, then a change in time of the meeting was | updated and sent to the accepted person, next thing the calendar | entry is deleted from the person initiating the meeting. | There are no rules set, nor does the attendees have permission to the | chairperson's calendar. Yep, its definitly being removed on the organisers calendar. It does however
still appear on the accepted attendees calendar. "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: When you removed the original person from the address list, this is taken as a cancellation.
