Every time I set the time scale to 30 minutes, after I close Outlook and
reopen it, it reverts back to to th 60 minute time scale. How do I stop it
from doing this?

Make sure that Outlook is actually closing properly as there are add-ins
that will interfere with the save. Look in Task Manager Processes to see
that Outlook.EXE actually stops and disappears.

No need to ask again. You asked this already on the 16th and I answered you
then. Please read the response you have already.
