I use a private calendar in my personal folder and a business one on my
exchange folder which others can view. Both diaries are managed by my assistant, who is able to access my private calendar through workgroupshare which works really well and my business calendar through delegated access via exchange. As my business calendar is a subset of my private calendar entries, the easiest option would be for my assistant to use a view defined to filter my private calendar to only select business entries and then copy this to the business calendar. When doing this a box headed "Microsoft Office Outlook" pops up with the message "Unknown Error". If I do this on my PC, the entries can be copied. Delegation authority is set to publishing editor for my assisant - along with copies of meeting notices etc. Any suggestions? |
